INSPIRED ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Adrian Maserow, from the renowned AMA Architects, drew inspiration for The Bateleur’s design from nature’s organic forms, reflecting ripples, waves, and the graceful arc of an eagle’s wingspan. This signature curved design maximizes the land’s potential, offering private, tree-lined views across the Highveld horizon and the forests of Sandton.

Crack-resistant Plaster: Our plaster mix includes a special polyurethane fibre to minimize common cracks and hazing. We also coat some external walls with a polyurethane slurry for added protection before applying three layers of paint.
Enhanced Waterproofing: High-performance products are used throughout, with extra waterproofing measures on foundations and ground floors to prevent rising damp and groundwater issues.
Thermal Insulation: Exposed concrete slabs of all apartments are insulated with high-density polystyrene and crushed stone, offering superior protection against UV damage, waterproofing degradation, and ensuring comfortable temperatures indoors.
